We are having our own in house dies making plant and workmanship starting from sheet metal cutting till final stage of in house paint & powder coating.We use stoving paint & powder coating with maximum range of colors demanded by our clients for their best sales.
We have well-furnished manufacturing unit equipped with technically advanced machines such as Power Presses, MIG Welding, Projection Welding, Powder Coating, Paint Booth & now with laser marking stamp. These machines are managed by our engineers, using which they ensure high quality production of all type of wheel rims with various dimensions.
The machines installed in the unit are regularly maintained and updated, as per the technological advancements. This helps us in enhancing our production capacity as well as coming with intricate modifications required in the products.
We use automatic welding through SPMs machine for more clean and jointless welding. Our rims includes of vehicles like Bajaj Super, Bajaj Chetak, LML , Honda Activa, Bajaj Three Wheeler, FLI, Ape City, TVS King etc. We also make pipe rims with all sizes and weight like size of 8/2, 10/2, 16/4, 14/3, 12/3.5, 12/2, 3-50-8 etc.
We use studs and nuts specially made on order for us from well reputed companies from Ludhiana with same as OEM size with maximum height and thickness as in our domestic market others manufacturers don't think to use. We are bulk producers that's why we are able to manage at low selling best price and most important timely delivery which is an Important factor in our domestic and Export Market.
